Permission to reproduce material

Uses

We reserve the right to limit or suspend your use of the TeachingMedicine Website, by electronic self-help or other means and without notice, if we believe you have committed a breach of security or violated these Terms of Use, subject only to any terms in your subscriber agreement, as applicable. TeachingMedicine reserves all of its rights in the TeachingMedicine Website not expressly granted to you by these Terms of Use.

Registered Accounts

If you create a registered account for the TeachingMedicine Website, you agree to complete the registration process by providing current, complete, and accurate information as required by TeachingMedicine. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TeachingMedicine immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. These Terms of Use incorporate the entirety of the TeachingMedicine Privacy Policy posted on the TeachingMedicine Website.

No Unlawful Use

You agree not to use the TeachingMedicine Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, or the terms of a subscriber agreement you have with TeachingMedicine, if applicable. You may not use the TeachingMedicine Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any TeachingMedicine server, or the network(s) connected to any TeachingMedicine server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the TeachingMedicine Website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the TeachingMedicine Website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any TeachingMedicine server, through hacking, password or data mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available to you on the TeachingMedicine Website.

No Warranties

Neither teachingmedicine, nor any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, director, employee, licensor, licensee, distributor, supplier, agent, or reseller of teachingmedicine (collectively, the "teachingmedicine entities") make any warranty or representation, expressed or implied, with respect to the teachingmedicine services, which are provided "as is", or with respect to these terms of use. The teachingmedicine entities expressly exclude and disclaim all warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties arising by statute or otherwise in law or from course of dealing, course of performance, or use of trade. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the TeachingMedicine Entities from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorneys' fees that arise from your use of the TeachingMedicine Website. TeachingMedicine reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with TeachingMedicine in asserting any available defenses.

Modifications

TeachingMedicine may modify these Terms of Use from time to time and changes will be effective upon posting to the TeachingMedicine Website. Claim of Copyright Infringement

TeachingMedicine respects the intellectual property of others. Privacy policy

TeachingMedicine is sensitive to the privacy needs of its website visitors and subscribers and is wholly committed to maintaining privacy at the highest level. TeachingMedicine does not sell or otherwise share subscribers' or website visitors' personal information with anyone. TeachingMedicine never automatically collects any information that specifically identifies you such as your name, address, or e-mail address. This information is collected only when you voluntarily provide it as part of the registration process. It is your choice whether or not you provide your Registration Information to TeachingMedicine, but Registration Information is required for TeachingMedicine to provide you with services (for example, access to TeachingMedicine under a registration agreement). Your Registration Information may be used internally within TeachingMedicine. For example, TeachingMedicine may use your Subscriber Information internally to provide subscription services to you and process your transactions, to contact you for customer service and billing purposes, to communicate to you about your subscription or changes to our service, to understand who uses the Website and to improve the Website. In addition, TeachingMedicine reserves the right to disclose your Subscriber Information under limited circumstances in the event TeachingMedicine believes that the Website is being used to commit unlawful acts, and/or if disclosure of your Subscriber Information is required to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or with a court or administrative order. Non-personally identifying information ("Usage Information") comprises information that does not identify any particular user. Examples include: information about which of TeachingMedicine's pages are visited on an aggregate level, browser type, operating system type, or IP address. Your Usage Information may be disclosed internally within TeachingMedicine and to third parties.
